Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return window for most new, unopened items from the date of delivery. Returns can be processed as a store credit, replacement, or refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Please note, we cannot refund the original postage and packaging costs unless the goods are incorrect or defective. Items damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit and will be returned to the customer.
Postage Refunds
Upgraded postage charges (e.g., Special Delivery or courier services) are non-refundable. Free P&P upgrades to expedited services will not be refunded.
Sterile Products
Once the seal of any sterile product has been broken, it cannot be returned.
Damaged Returns
We reserve the right to charge a fee for items returned damaged or soiled.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving your return, but in many cases, refunds will be issued sooner.
To return an item, log into your account, go to the “Complete Orders” section under “My Account,” and click “Return Item(s).” You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Shipping Policy
We ship to most locations worldwide. Please note some products may have restrictions on international shipping (e.g., aerosols cannot be sent by Air Mail).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method you select. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items. Weight details are available on each product’s page. All weights are rounded to the next full pound to comply with shipping providers’ policies.
Urgent Shipping Requests
If you need your order urgently, please contact us to confirm whether we can dispatch the items the same day. While we do our best to ship quickly, please note that same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Our normal cut-off time for dispatch is 3pm on business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
